Those who have experienced an anxiety attack know the overwhelming feeling that rides along. Anxiety attacks can feel like you lost your breath, your heart it working it's hardest and your mind is thinking about 1,001 things. But anxiety can be explained simpler as a cause and effect.
When a person feels anxiety, their mind is usually basking in ideas, fears, complications and presumptions that have to do with the future. It is interesting how influential and real the thoughts, worries, or expectations of the future affect even our bodies. This function can be seen as us existing in the future and we have steadily observed this EXISTENCE IN THE FUTURE to be what we now call ANXIETY. |
EXISTING IN THE FUTURE It does not matter if your anxiety is minimal or extreme, anxiety has to do with your existence in the future. This means that, in your mind, you have gone PAST thinking about, worrying about or expecting a situation and you have now stepped INTO THAT REALITY. And the body reacts because it is not ready for that situation and those physical symptoms can be felt. There are situations that are beyond our divination or comprehension, which only tends to mean you have some more observing or experiencing to do. Do not be afraid to accept your lack of understanding, let it motivate you into the inspiration of searching for greater understanding and truth. Because the lack of truth can also create anxiety. |
